30-Day Money Back Guarantee

We proudly offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, a Saunders Archery Co. refund and returns policy on all purchases.  If you purchase a product and don’t like it, you have 30 days to arrange a return.  Customers wishing to exercise their 30-Day Money Back Guarantee need to contact us, including the order number and, if possible, the reason for the return.  All products purchased from a dealer should be returned to the place of purchase and are subject to the dealer return policy.  Shipping costs are not refundable.

Once your item/s are received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item/s.  If the items are in an acceptable condition, a credit will be applied to your original payment method.  The refund can take up to two weeks to appear on your statement.  When returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot refund returned orders that we don’t accept.

Warranty

The Saunders Archery Co. refund and returns warranty obligations for the Product you have just purchased (the “Product”) are limited to the terms outlined on this page.  Saunders Archery Co. warrants the Product against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of original purchase (“Warranty Period”) when the Product is purchased through an authorized reseller.  Suppose a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Saeng Corp within the Warranty Period, at its option.  In that case, Saunders Archery Co. will repair or exchange the Product with a functionally equivalent new product.

Saunders Archery Co. warrants fixed Products and replacement products provided hereunder against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of the repair or replacement for ninety (90) days or, if longer, for the remainder of the Warranty Period.  If the Product is exchanged, the replacement product becomes your property, and the Product becomes Saunders Archery Co. property.  When a refund is given, the Product becomes Saunders Archery Co. property.

Exclusions and Limitations

Saunders Archery Co.’s limited warranty applies only to the Product when purchased through an authorized reseller.  The warranty does not apply to any non-Saeng product, even if packaged or sold with the Product.  The warranty excludes without limitation any scratching or surface damage to any non-Saeng Products product, even if packaged or sold with the Product.  This warranty applies only to the normal use of the Product, normal wear and tear excepted, per written use instructions, if any, provided with the Product (either in writing or through a hyperlink to such instructions).  This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or modification of the Product.

No Other Warranties

This warranty and the remedies set forth above are exclusive to the maximum extent law permits, instead of all other warranties, medications, and conditions, whether oral or written, express or implied.  Saunders Archery Co. expressly disclaims any implied warranties, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.  If saeng cannot lawfully disclaim or exclude implied warranties under applicable law, then to the extent possible, any claims under such implied warranties shall expire on expiration of the warranty period.  No Saunders Archery Co. reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to modify, extend, or add to this warranty.

Damages Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saunders Archery Co. is not responsible for direct or for special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition or under any other legal theory, including without limitation any costs of replacing personal property, or costs of recovering or reproducing any program or data stored in a device used with or carried in the saeng Products product.

Consumer Protection

For consumers who have the benefit of consumer protection laws or regulations in their country of purchase or, if different, their country of residence, that cannot be disclaimed as set forth above (“consumer laws”), the benefits conferred by this warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer laws.  To the extent that liability under such consumer laws may be limited, saeng liability is limited, at its sole option, to replacement or repair of the Product.
