Steel slingshot ammo is not all the same. Put simply, steel slingshot ammo is ball bearings. But not all ball bearings are the same. Some have flat spots, and others are not treated with rust inhibitors. Our steel slingshot ammo is precision-ground and then treated with rust inhibitors to help keep it shining like new, making it dependable hunting slingshot ammo as well as target ammo. Our precision-ground slingshot metal balls come in three calibers. Starting at the top of the kinetic punch is our 50 cal, the top choice for hunting slingshot ammo and shooters who like it because it is easier to grip than lighter gauges. The 44 cal is our most popular ammo since it is still easy to hold and carries a lot of punch, yet flies with a flatter trajectory than the heavier 50 cal. Finally, the 28 caliber is a great target and plinking ammo for faux and leather pouches, and ordering bulk slingshot ammo keeps a steady supply on hand. Please note that 28 cal is not recommended for flatbands using the posi-center pouch.
